We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company. Your role will involve identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in data to help inform business decisions and strategies. This position is suitable for men who have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. No English is required for this position as the majority of our team members are Indian. We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Izhevsk.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data mining techniques
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business decisions
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide solutions
- Develop strategies for data collection, storage, and analysis processes
- Continuously monitor and report on the performance of data-driven initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Excel or SPSS
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
