Construction Project Manager - Akron, OH, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Akron. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Review project designs and provide feedback to architects and engineers
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the project duration
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues or risks
- Address any conflicts or delays that may arise during the project
- Prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager (preferably in commercial or residential construction)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Attention to detail
Salary: $1400 per month
