Job Title: JAVA Developer (Porto)


We are seeking a talented JAVA Developer to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding and a strong understanding of Java development principles. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and reliable software applications. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$. Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing high-quality software applications using Java
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Conducting code reviews and debugging issues to ensure the delivery of robust code
- Troubleshooting and resolving software defects in a timely manner
- Participating in agile development processes, including stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Java development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Java Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) and API development
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/Oracle)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Knowledge of Spring Framework or other Java-based frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Maven or Jenkins
