Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Alta, seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of a team of masons, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of masons and providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborating with project managers to plan and schedule tasks for the mason team
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Ordering materials and equipment as needed for projects
- Maintaining accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in masonry preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary:
$1800 per month (without accommodation)
