Administrative Assistant
We are a leading company in Nizwa seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to gain experience in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing emails
- Maintain and organize office documents, files, and records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in office administration or related field is preferred.
Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month. Salary may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Location:
This job will be located in Nizwa. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate if needed.
Type of Employment:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required during busy periods.
