Machine Learning Engineer



As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to create intelligent solutions that meet the needs of our clients in St-Petersburg. This is a contract position that requires strong technical skills and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of machine learning.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop innovative solutions based on statistical models and deep learning techniques
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Develop tools and frameworks for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
- Conduct research on new machine learning techniques and technologies to continuously improve our solutions
- Communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
- Proficiency in Python programming language and its associated libraries (e.g. NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability theory, linear algebra, and calculus
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts
