Barber Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Barber Specialist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Barber Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our diverse clientele. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and consult with them on their desired hairstyle
- Provide various hair cutting and styling services such as fades, trims, coloring, and beard grooming
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in hair cutting and styling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building strong relationships and ensuring repeat business
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote salon products to customers as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Barber or Hair Stylist preferred but not required
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong communication skills
- Knowledge of different hair types, styles, and techniques
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent English speaking skills preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
