Online Consultant for Biometric Passport Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Consultant to provide support and consultation for our biometric passport services. As our consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the application process and answering any questions or concerns they may have. This position is based in Jerusalem, but can be done remotely by individuals with Indian nationality and fluent English speaking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the biometric passport application process
- Provide accurate information and answer any questions regarding requirements, fees, and timelines
- Assist with technical issues related to the online application system
- Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the application process
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Knowledge of biometric passport services and requirements is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
