IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Almada. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and systems. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our existing infrastructure.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Monitor network performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, databases, and security protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms for non-technical employees.

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Almada (accommodation provided)
