Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's computer systems and networks. Your duties will include installing and configuring network equipment, monitoring system performance, and providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security measures. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Candidates must hold a biometric passport. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Install and maintain operating systems on company computers
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
- Maintain backup systems to ensure data protection
- Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology to provide recommendations for improving our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with security measures such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in order to provide technical support to employees
- Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage
