Network and Systems Administrator - Shan, China


As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all network and system components are up to date and functioning efficiently. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Upgrade systems with new releases or patches
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus/anti-spam tools
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly
- Conduct regular security audits
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Proven experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as CCNA or MCSE are a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly desired
Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Shan City, China (accommodation provided)
