Network and Systems Administrator

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our computer network and systems. You will be tasked with installing, configuring, and monitoring network infrastructure, servers, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Identify security vulnerabilities and implement solutions to protect data
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Maintain backups of data in case of system failures
- Conduct regular system updates and upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
- Keep documentation of network configurations up-to-date
- Stay current with new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, virtualization technologies (VMWare), Active Directory
- Experience with network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS or Azure)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Shan (India)
