Part-Time Construction Manager



As a Part-Time Construction Manager in Odense, Denmark, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various construction projects. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Must be able to provide own accommodation
