Typesetter vacancy in Kolding Denmark

Typesetter

We are searching for an experienced Typesetter to join our publishing team in Kolding. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for creating and formatting digital and print materials, including books, magazines, and advertisements. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Use typesetting software to format text, images, and graphics
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, spacing, and alignment
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure accuracy of content
- Follow design guidelines and templates for various publications
- Proofread final layouts for errors or inconsistencies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Knowledge of typography principles and design elements
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills

Preferred:
- Experience in publishing industry or related field
- Familiarity with HTML coding and web publishing tools

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This job is located in Kolding. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate if needed.
