Baker - Al-Kuwait (Pakistani Nationals)

A reputable bakery in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and high-quality standards. This is a full-time position with the salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods from scratch
- Measure and mix ingredients according to traditional recipes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- Decorate pastries using various techniques
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Familiarity with traditional baking techniques and recipes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Excellent time-management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
