IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vianden. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with computer hardware, software, and network issues. This includes troubleshooting problems, performing repairs and maintenance, and providing solutions to improve system performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and virus scans
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software systems
- Document all support activities for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vianden (Egyptian nationals preferred)
