We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our English-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via online platforms to provide product information, resolve issues and answer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Assist clients in navigating our online platform to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to clients
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and tact

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of online platforms and social media
