Architecture Manager - Sheduva, Egypt

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Egypt. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, construction, and maintenance of various architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the planning and execution of architectural projects.
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on design feasibility, budget constraints, and potential issues.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure that all architectural plans are aligned with structural requirements.
- Oversee the development of detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress to ensure that timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with contractors to negotiate contracts and resolve any disputes that may arise during the construction process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture to ensure our projects are innovative and cutting-edge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and methods.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees. Egyptian nationality is preferred but not required. Biometric passport is required for this position.
