Commercial Architect

A commercial architect is responsible for designing and creating plans for commercial buildings, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques. They should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and goals
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet safety standards
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to inform design decisions
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Oversee the construction process to ensure plans are executed correctly
- Regularly communicate updates to clients on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of building codes
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Atlanta (Preference for Indian candidates)
