We are seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve project budgets and proposals
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.
