Architecture Manager
The Architecture Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural design and construction for our company in Bergen. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in architecture and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. They must also have excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process for all architectural projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Communicate project progress regularly to stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bergen preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
