Executive Chef
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Randers. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that showcase creativity, innovation, and quality
- Manage all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent execution of dishes
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control measures
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts preferred
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining classic menu items
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
