Senior Information Security Analyst



We are seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join our growing team in Odense. As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our company's information systems and data. You will work closely with other members of the IT team to identify potential risks and implement effective security measures to protect our company's assets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the security of our systems and data
- Monitor network activity for unusual or suspicious behavior and take appropriate action when necessary
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner, investigating root causes and implementing preventative measures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in order to proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and ISO 27001
- Provide training and support to employees on information security best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in information security analysis or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption methods, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and ISO 27001
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month. The successful candidate will also receive accommodation assistance if desired. Our company is open to candidates from any nationality; however, the chosen candidate must be able to obtain their own visa for working in Odense.
