Restaurant Manager for Kenyan Cuisine Restaurant in Al-Khor
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Kenyan cuisine restaurant in Al-Khor. This is a great opportunity for a skilled individual with a passion for Kenyan food and culture to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained in food preparation, presentation, and service
- Create and update menus based on customer feedback and market trends
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure availability of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Kenyan cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Good understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
