Land Surveyor


We are a reputable land surveying company based in Nairobi and we are currently seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, preparing maps and reports, and providing accurate data to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Mark boundaries, corners, and elevation points on land using stakes or other markers
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate information
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards while conducting surveys
- Train and supervise junior surveyors on proper surveying techniques

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job based in Nairobi. We welcome applications from Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
