Teamlead - Project Manager for Indian Market in Moscow

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Moscow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects specifically focused on the Indian market. As a Teamlead, you will oversee the project team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience working with Indian market and understanding of cultural nuances
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead projects focused on the Indian market
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
- Oversee project team members and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor progress of tasks and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure clear communication among all team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans as necessary
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps
- Prepare regular reports for upper management on project status and key metrics

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow (non-negotiable)

Preference: This position is open to candidates of any nationality. However, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in India or with Indian clients/customers.

Note: This is a full-time position with some flexibility for remote work. Non-native English speakers are welcome to apply as long as they have strong English language skills. Biometric passport is required for this position.
