Civil Engineer - Construction Manager

We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Chelyabinsk. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and identify any issues or delays
- Resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Fluent English language skills
- Valid work permit/visa for Russia

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (no accommodation provided)
