Indian Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Jerusalem. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, customer service, and staff management. Your main goal will be to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers while maintaining a profitable business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory, scheduling, and budgeting
- Train and supervise employees to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and meet performance goals
- Handle customer complaints and maintain positive relationships with patrons
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with chefs to create menus that appeal to our target market
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and address any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager in an Indian restaurant
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jerusalem (candidates from India preferred)
