Architectural Technologist - Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate, functional, and meet all necessary codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as strong technical skills in CAD software. Previous experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in architecture. Salary is $1100 per week.


As an Architectural Technologist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the development of architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet all necessary codes and regulations
- Conducting site visits to gather information for design projects
- Preparing detailed construction documents and specifications
- Reviewing project proposals and providing recommendations for improvement
- Communicating with clients and contractors to address any design-related issues or concerns

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong technical skills in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors

While previous experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without experience who demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural principles and possess the necessary technical skills.
