Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in the bustling city of New York, USA. As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff on proper service techniques and company policies
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and exceed guest expectations
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon restaurant procedures to increase efficiency
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and receiving of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions and events to drive business
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve financial goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable)
