Senior Architect (Part-time) - Aalborg, Denmark

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects in our firm. Your primary focus will be on designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, ensuring that they meet all safety and aesthetic standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. You should also possess excellent project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Ensure all projects meet safety standards and comply with relevant regulations
- Manage a team of architects by providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
