Office Assistant in Aalborg, Denmark

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Make travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role (1+ year)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Danish is a plus)
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, etc.

Experience Required:
