Temporary Concierge in Aalborg, Denmark
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Temporary Concierge to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during their stay. You will also assist with various tasks such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, events, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other establishments
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms are ready for check-in
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1600/month (with accommodation provided)
