Nurse Assistant - Horsens, Denmark
As a leading healthcare provider in Horsens, we are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide essential care and support to patients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic patient care tasks such as feeding, bathing, and grooming
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse
- Administer medication as directed by the registered nurse
- Help patients with mobility and assist them in performing daily activities
- Keep accurate records of patient progress and report any significant changes to the registered nurse
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid nursing assistant certification or be enrolled in an accredited nursing program
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients of all ages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be physically able to lift and move patients as needed
- Must be fluent in Danish or have an intermediate level of proficiency
Preferences:
- Prior experience working as a nursing assistant or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Local candidates are preferred.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule may include day, evening, or weekend shifts depending on the needs of the facility.
