We are seeking a female moderator to join our team in Randers. As a moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and respectful online community. Your role will involve monitoring user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and facilitating discussions and interactions between members.

The ideal candidate should have experience in moderating online communities, preferably in a professional setting. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in tense situations. A strong understanding of social media platforms and their features is also required.

As a female moderator, you will be expected to bring a diverse perspective to the role and help create an inclusive environment for all members. You should have a strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and be able to handle sensitive topics with sensitivity and empathy.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity for growth within the company.
