Seasonal Barista in Karachi



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team for a seasonal position in Karachi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. This is a fast-paced job that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customers' orders
- Ensure quality and consistency of all products served
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, blends, etc.
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
