Personal Trainer
As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals, abilities, and limitations. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are performing exercises correctly and safely, while also providing motivation and support throughout their fitness journey.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals, health history, and any limitations
- Develop personalized fitness plans based on client goals and abilities
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and demonstrate exercises as needed
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their plan as needed
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients reach their fitness goals
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal trainer (freshers may also be considered)
- Certification in personal training or related field (e.g. ACE, NASM)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and limitations
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if not a Danish national
Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
Location:
This position is located in Odense, Denmark.
Full-Time Position:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to accommodate client schedules.
