Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and maintain food safety standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food is served promptly
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
