Teamlead for Student Accommodation in Roskilde, Denmark


We are hiring a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Teamlead for Student Accommodation in Roskilde, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will oversee a team of student accommodation assistants and ensure that our accommodations are well-maintained and provide a comfortable living experience for our students. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of student accommodation assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all student accommodations, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues or concerns raised by students regarding their accommodation
- Develop and implement systems to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies for the accommodations
- Train new student accommodation assistants on policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repairs needed in the accommodations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team while also being able to work independently when needed
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, etc. is an advantage but not necessary
