Job Title: Senior Architect - Odense, Denmark



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Odense, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design and project management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. This is a contract position with accommodation and visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Experience working on international projects is a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this contract position.
