We are currently hiring for a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production process. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, with no accommodation provided. We welcome applicants of Pakistani or Filipino nationality who are fluent in English and have experience working in factory settings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Record production data and report any concerns or defects to supervisors
- Assist with packaging and shipping products as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a factory setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machine operation
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills in English
