Moderator for Online Communities in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Moderator to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring online communities to ensure a positive user experience. Your main duties will include reviewing and approving user-generated content, responding to user inquiries and concerns, enforcing community guidelines, and fostering a sense of community among members.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to handle sensitive and controversial issues with tact and diplomacy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and respond promptly to user inquiries or concerns
- Review user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines
- Enforce community guidelines by removing inappropriate content or issuing warnings to users if necessary
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the community by encouraging engagement and resolving conflicts between members
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in online community management best practices

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month, with the option for accommodation provided. Salary may be negotiable depending on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. While Danish nationality is preferred, all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
