Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and customer retention
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Providing excellent after-sales support by addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the same industry)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM software
- Own transportation is preferred
