Excavator Operator

As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently operate the excavator to perform various tasks such as digging trenches, loading trucks, and preparing construction sites. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that excavation projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the excavator to dig trenches, load trucks, and move materials
- Prepare construction sites by grading land and removing debris
- Read and interpret plans and blueprints to determine excavation requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with the construction team to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Follow all safety protocols while operating the excavator

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of excavation techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read plans and blueprints
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions

Preferred:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience working on construction sites
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations

Location: Kolding, Denmark
Salary: 1300$ per month
