Factory Machine Operator



We are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various industrial machines used in production processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their proper functioning
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Record production data and report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a factory setting
- Knowledge of various types of industrial machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is located in Osijek, Croatia.
