Executive Chef



A luxury hotel in Lahore is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences, strong leadership skills, and a creative vision for our menu offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including but not limited to menu planning, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and staff training
- Create new and innovative menu offerings while maintaining high quality standards
- Manage food costs and labor costs to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Lead and inspire a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity within the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting
- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position based in Lahore. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Pakistan.
