Executive Chef - Fine Dining


We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant in Odense. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a high-quality menu, managing a team of kitchen staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a creative and high-quality menu that meets the expectations of our guests.
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food costs to maintain profitability while still providing excellent quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the kitchen.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques in culinary arts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to create unique and innovative menus while also meeting financial goals.
- Understanding of food cost control methods and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in a fine dining establishment
- Experience managing a team of kitchen staff

Salary: 1200$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Odense, Denmark (candidates from other countries will need own visa)
