Sales Manager - English Speaking (Pakistani Nationals) - Abu Dhabi

Our company, a leading sales and marketing firm in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Pakistani national with excellent English communication skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid UAE driver's license

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission, as well as other benefits such as health insurance and annual leave. This is a contract job for an initial period of one year with the potential for extension.
