Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets and monitoring their performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
- Experience in the sales field, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training and support as needed
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance regularly
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Abu Dhabi, but candidates from India are preferred.

Requirements for Non-Native Speakers:
