Commercial Architect

We are hiring a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their commercial building projects
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for commercial buildings that meet all necessary regulations and codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the building is being built according to the plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments or changes to plans as needed
- Ensure that projects stay within budget and are completed on time
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Preference:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English
- Experience working on international projects
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel for work
